Oil and natural gas are fungible commodities that are bought and sold anywhere and anytime to either make or lose less money and most people don’t care where they come from except the US which weaponizes everything from Weapon of Mass destruction， War on terror， Human rights， Dollar based international trade， etc。 to punish those who refused to follow the America order。 In the waning hour of the America Empire， this kind of coercion doesn’t seem to be working very well
