2、This may please some people’s taste buds but not mine。 It had an odd fishy taste not like umami fish sauce， more like a fisherman’s boot。

3、I stir it into homemade Mapo Dofu， Budae Jigge （even though that is a Korean dish）， and add it to homemade Sichuan spicy beef noodle soup， and homemade ramen。 It‘s wonderful stuff， and I highly recommend it！
